Where to find a 3D Cone?
I need to make a 3D model of http://knowledgerush.com/wiki_image/6/68/Conic_sections.png
Please help me find out what to use and where to get it. I want to use a wooden cone does anyone know where I can find one? Micheal's doesn't have one.
If you are skilled enough to make those cuts on a round object, you should have no trouble turning a cone on a lathe!
Personally, I would use a styrofoam cone. Much easier to cut.
