How do I design two 20-mer primers to amplify my 60bp stretch of DNA?
So this is my double stranded stretch of DNA.. Im not going to write it all in as you only need the first 20 on the top strand and last 20 on the bottom strand so where the dots are, other letters would be.
5'-TCGCTGAAGGACATGTCGAT....-3'
3'-.....TTCCTGTACAGCCGATCTAG-5'
So how would I design a 20-mer forward and reverse primer?
