Frames Individual

Best and fastest way to convert individual frames into an AVI video?
Ive got about 700 frames which i need to turn into a video file. It would take me some few days to do it all in Sony Vegas. Is there a faster way to do it? Maybe a specialised program or something?
deonejuan: TX! thats a lot of info. btw. my frames are called
Frame000000 - Frame000709
and are .JPEG format.
Put: wtf is that? a commercial? ive checked the program and it wont save me any time importing frame by frame.
What format are your 'frames'. If the frames are targa, in a folder by themselves and named file_00000.tga thru file_00699.tga -- many Windows programs will import that into a video editor, including Adobe Premiere.
There is a cmmd-line program called ffmpeg. It's freeware, originally Linux, and I've seen FfmpegForWindows that has a GUI.
Another OpenSource is kdenLive, but you are limited to 100 frames per import. Again, Linux, but I've seen builds of that software for XP.
And, if none of those work. I have my own personal software (but try the above first and anybody else's solutions).
Good luck.
