What brand of jeans fits this description?
I am looking for a medium to dark rinse jean with back pockets placed high to give the illusion of a lift. I would prefer the back pockets to either have a flap pocket or some kind of simple embroidery. I am looking for a trendy yet crisp look & do not want to purchase ripped jeans, which is all that I can seem to find in stores.
I know that there are several designer jeans that fit this description but my budget is $50. Thanks in advance for your help!

^ how about apple bottoms jeans? 
their sold at macys and theres always a sale going on at macys so even though they are orig. $70, they are almost always marked down to less than $50 with a macys card and coupon, plus any additional sales going on so im pretty sure you will be able to get them from $50, most likely under that even. apple bottom jean pockets are smaller than most and placed higher on the bottom so it gives the illusion of a lift like you mentioned, and even though they are not dark wash (i couldnt find a good pic of a dark wash apple bottom jean showing the back pockets, but the pic above is an example of what they look like but im positive they have dark wash jeans) hope this helps! <3
