I wonder if the owners rent to me if I have good credit and not a totally secure stable income.?
The thing is I travel around the country and I have 2 jobs from now, but my income is up and down b / c I am part-time til I move. I need to find a place to live, but I'm not sure if the owners will rent from me. I am having a roommate, but they do not want their name on one forms because of bad credit. I'm having a full time job once I change, but the owners rent to me when I have a good Credit, no rental history, adequate income and a roommate.
it really depends on ur strict new owner. I use to work in a building, and we had many who were very open and honest about their situation. owners generally use CALL ur asking about u and u verifies the work whether or not they will not ask how much you earn, but they, you ask if you do enough to cover for rent but not all landlords do this ... have a good credit will make things easier for you and im sure they'll be happy to have.
